This burger was created by combining a few elements of burgers from an in-house competition between our chef’s. House made 6oz seasoned beef and pork burger patty, crusted with sharp cheddar, and cooked over a bed of shaved spanish onions. Topped with house made sweet and spicy pickles, tomato, leaf lettuce and arugula, between brioche buns and covered in banana pepper & chive aioli
